Before the call.
How long does it take?+–
Three to five weeks from kickoff to launch. A studio site is three weeks, a campaign site is four, and a storefront is five. Once the content is received and final, the build is 48 hours.
What does a site cost?+–
Three published prices. A studio site is $499, a campaign site is $899, and a storefront is $1,299. No discovery fee before a number.
Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?+–
We do not staff a new-business team, a project-management layer, or a second office. Senior people do the work, and the scope is fixed before we start. A typical marketing site on the market runs $5,000 to $10,000.
What is included?+–
Studio, $499: custom design, up to six pages, an enquiry form, a CMS with training, analytics, page titles and a sitemap, in three weeks. Campaign, $899: everything in Studio, plus service pages, case studies, a form that qualifies the lead, and booking on the page, in four weeks. Brand platform, $1,299: everything in Campaign, plus a shop or appointment bookings, payments, a catalogue, and a launch page, in five weeks.
Can I pay by card?+–
Yes. Each package has a Pay button. The charge is the published price in Australian dollars, taken by Stripe. Studio is $499, Campaign is $899, and the brand platform is $1,299. If card payment is not switched on, use Build my site and we send a link.
Can our team edit it?+–
Yes. You get a CMS, a short training session, and a one-page guide. Most clients publish their own news and case studies the week after launch. No ticket to change a headline.
Do you write the copy?+–
We shape the structure and the key lines. Full copywriting is an add-on if you do not have a writer.
What is the process?+–
Four steps. A thirty-minute call — you leave with a price, or a no. Then we frame the offer and you approve the map. Design happens in the browser, two rounds, then the build. Hand-off is launch, training, and two weeks of tuning.
What happens after launch?+–
Two weeks of included tuning. After that, a monthly care plan — or nothing. We do not lock the site to us.
Who do I talk to?+–
The people who design the site. There is no account manager between you and the work.
Is this a template with our logo on it?+–
No. We design from the offer outward. Shared components inside your project, never a marketplace theme.
The next step
Build my site.
Three fields. If we are a fit, you get a fixed price and a start date.
